Resumia.ai operates on a credit-based system:

Each resume optimization costs 1 credit
Credits are purchased in packages (Single Resume: $3, Multi-Apply Pack: $9)
Credits never expire
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as stated in Section 5

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

4.3 Pricing

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our optimization service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@resumia.ai.

Important: We cannot guarantee job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes. Our service optimizes resumes for ATS compatibility and job description matching, but hiring decisions depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

Optimize your own resumes for legitimate job applications
Analyze job descriptions for keyword matching
Generate multiple versions of your resume for different positions

6.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service to:

Create false, misleading, or fraudulent resumes
Generate spam or bulk content
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
Resell or redistribute our service without permission
Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
Upload malicious files or code

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: Resumia.ai uses artificial intelligence (GPT-4 and Google Gemini) to generate resume optimizations.

Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
Review Required: You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use
Truthfulness: Our AI is designed to optimize existing content, not fabricate experience or qualifications
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that optimized resumes will result in job offers or interviews
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your final resume

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your resume content. By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

Process your resume through our AI models
Store your content for your account access
Generate optimized versions based on your input

8.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Resumia.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

We encrypt all data in transit and at rest
AI providers (OpenAI, Google) do NOT use your data to train their models
You can delete your data at any time
We do not sell your personal information

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUMIA.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resumia.ai from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
